‍The Westcott Village Hall, previously the Reading Room, is in the heart of the village of Westcott, in the Surrey Hills. It is a flexible space with diverse amenities available for hosting classes, parties, meetings and functions.

100 person capacity, 1 meeting room (8 person), drop down projector screen, Wi-Fi, gas central heating, fully equipped kitchen with tableware for 85 people, 17 large trestle tables + smaller tables and chairs for 100 people, large carpark onsite, full alcohol license.

‍Terms and Conditions
Casual bookings require full payment on booking. Fully refunded if the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of the event. A refundable £100 damages deposit is also charged. This is refunded within 28 days of the hire provided no loss/damage or complaints result from the hire. All bookings are made in accordance with our Standard conditions of Hire in the blue button below.

If you are a one off user or possibly a regular user please contact our booking trustee Deborah on info@westcottvillagehall.com to discuss our reasonable rates. Please also note that the hall will remain in use for the foreseeable future and that we will give our users at least 6 months notice of our intent to close for the redevelopment project hopefully within the next 1 to 2 years.
